Our bars are made in small batches for optimal deliciousness and freshness. Bars are shipped Monday and Thursday. Orders ship USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Thank you for your order and support! (All orders are subject to change due to federal holidays)
All of our bars have an ‘enjoy by’ date which will be the most accurate date to go by. However, our bars will last up to 6 months stored in the fridge.
Our bars last up to 12 months in the freezer. Freezing Small Seed Bars will help maintain their freshness and flavor. Some people even prefer our bars as a frozen treat!

We currently offer 6 flavors: Chocolate Fudge, Cookie Dough, Lemon Poppy Seed, Peanut Butter, Peanut Butter Coconut, and Chocolate PB Pie. Our bars are stored refrigerated for quality purposes only, as they are free from preservatives. We recommend that the bars are stored refrigerated. Small Seed Bars are stored in the refrigerator because we do not use preservatives, emulsifiers or artificial ingredients in any of our bars. Therefore, they should be stored in the fridge for optimal freshness and flavor.
Yes! Our bars will last 30 days outside the fridge at room temperature. However, if the bars are left in extreme heat the nut oils will begin to separate from the nut butter and may cause the bars to dry out and the packaging to appear wet. Nevertheless, your bars are still good to consume.
